In his screed yesterday at the Amurican Enterprise Institute, Uncle Dick invoked 9/11 some 25 times. He is using the dead of that tragic day to justify his sick and twisted worldview. He even complained that ‘critics’ of his secret torture program have said that the torturers ‘wanted to avenge the dead of 9/11′.
